We stand by the value of our products, but we’re also aware that accidents happen, so under certain conditions, we will consider refunding a purchase made through the Google Play Store.

Please Note: We’re not able to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

The requirements that need to be met are as follows:

  1. The refund is requested within seven days of the purchase.
  2. It must be possible to reclaim the purchased product in its entirety. We are not able to issue partial refunds.
    Please note: It is not possible to remove an obtained hero.
  3. An image of the receipt, clearly showing the GPA number, is included with the refund request.

You will be asked to provide the order number and the server you play on, and you'll have the option to attach an image of your receipt.

Be mindful that while we’re usually able to approve refund requests that meet the above criteria, that’s not always the case, and a refund is not guaranteed.

How do I find my receipt?

You can find the receipt in the confirmation mail you got from the Google Play Store after your purchase. If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:

  • Visit https://pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
  • On the left, click on Activity.
  • Select an order to see its receipt.
  • Your order number (starts with GPA) is on the receipt page.
