If you do not receive the e-mail with your Authentication Code make sure to check your email’s spam folder and filters
You should find the email in either:
- Your e-mail's spam folder.
- The Social or Promotions tab of your Gmail inbox.
If you still do not receive the email, there are a few more things to check:
Verify that you entered the email address correctly when registering your account.
Please note that @gmail and @googlemail are considered different email addresses, even if they share the same mailbox.
If you’re using software such as Outlook or Thunderbird, make sure the verification email isn’t automatically deleted as spam.
Request a new verification email from our login page, but using a different browser or device (use your phone instead of your computer)
Whitelist the email address: no-reply@playkakaogames.com
For Gmail users, to whitelist the "no-reply@playkakaogames.com" e-mail address, please follow these steps:
Click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner, and then "Settings"
Go to "Filters" and then "Create a new filter"Enter "playkakaogames.com" in the "From" field
Select "Create filter" with this searchIn the box titled "When a message arrives that matches this search" select "Never send it to spam"
Click the "Create filter" buttonRequest a new verification email through our login page.
