To better align our support operation with that of the Asia and Korea regions, we have begun transitioning to a new service portal. You will find the new service portal here.

We do not expect this transition to have any significant impact on the level of service we provide, but our players will notice a few differences.

  1. The new site looks different.
  2. It is now possible to submit help requests from within Guardian Tales.

How to submit a support ticket in-game

Contacting the support team from within Guardian Tales is easy, here's how to do it:

  1. Tap the Cogwheel icon in the upper right corner to bring up the Game Options
  2. Tap the Account Settings tab
  3. Tap on the arrow symbol next to Inquiry:

This will open up a browser window that shows our new Support Portal open on the page for submitting a support ticket.
