April 18 - Co-op Expedition Beta [Under Investigation]

We're aware that users may encounter issues when playing Co-op Expedition Beta. 

[RESOLVED] March 5 - Unable to Log In with Facebook

We're aware that users with accounts authenticated through Facebook are encountering difficulties when attempting to log in. This is related to the current Facebook outages and is not under our control.

Please note that we're not able to change account login method on request, and we ask for your patience while this issue remains.

February 7 - Twitch Connection Page not updating

After logging in to Twitch or to your Guardian Tales account for the linking, the page may still ask you to log in. If that happens, refresh the page and the page will display correctly.

February 6 - Twitch Drops Connection

We're aware that some players encounter issues when attempting to link their Guardian Tales account to Twitch. This includes...

  • ...players using Apple ID being directed to Guardian Tales KR. Update on Feb 15: This has been fixed and it should no longer redirect you to Guardian Tales KR.
  • ...players receiving Error 403: disallowed_useragent (Access blocked: Guardian Tales's request does not comply with Google's policies)

If you receive the second error, please try creating the link without using the default browser launched by the game, and without any AdBlocker active.

The second issue is currently under investigation, and we'll update this post as soon as we have more information.

February 6 - Evil Ascetic's Card Tooltip Missing

We're aware that since the patch on February 6, the tooltip for the Evil Ascetic's Card is missing its text.

Co-op Expedition Beta [Under Investigation]

We are aware some users are experiencing issues in the co-op expedition beta where progress is blocked/mob becomes invincible. 

Black Screen [Under Investigation]

We are aware some users are experiencing a black screen while playing the game.

First, please try the troubleshooting steps at this link.

If the above does not work, it has been reported that for Android devices, you can delete a certain file and then the black screen should stop. Please follow these steps:

  1. With the file manager of your mobile device, go to the game file folder Android/data/com.kakaogames.gdts/files/
  2. Delete the Android.index file

Crashes - Arabic Language [Under Investigation]

We are aware that the game experiences crashes when using the Arabic language. While this is under investigation, we suggest changing the language to a different one as a workaround.

We kindly ask you for your patience and understanding while the team investigates this.
We will update you once we have news about this situation.

Co-Op Issues [Fixed]

We are aware of some issues in the Co-op mode, and the team is trying to resolve this as soon as possible.

The issues should be fixed with the next update on June 27. Information about compensation will be shared later on.

Issues are still being reported, and the team is looking into this situation again to solve it.

Co-op should be fixed next time it's available. Compensation was sent on July 11 after the update.

We are aware of some issues happening again and will work to get them resolved asap.
