To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
- Hold your left finger in the center of the screen and scroll up/down with your right finger on the side of the screen to see the accept button.
- If the first method is unsuccessful, try downloading the Screen Rotation App via the store.
If none of the methods above was able to fix your issue, please try the following:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Guardian Tales -> Clear data
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Facebook -> Clear data + Uninstall - if installed
- Go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync (or Sync) -> Turn auto-sync data off.
- Turn auto-sync data on and when prompted agree to sync now.
- Restart your device.
- (Re)download the Facebook App from the Store and log in with your Facebook account that is linked to Guardian Tales, and accept the cookies.
- Reopen the game and sign in with Facebook after having accepted the cookies from the Facebook App.
