To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Hold your left finger in the center of the screen and scroll up/down with your right finger on the side of the screen to see the accept button.
  2. If the first method is unsuccessful, try downloading the Screen Rotation App via the store.

If none of the methods above was able to fix your issue, please try the following:

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Guardian Tales -> Clear data
  2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps -> Facebook -> Clear data + Uninstall - if installed
  3. Go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync (or Sync) -> Turn auto-sync data off.
  4. Turn auto-sync data on and when prompted agree to sync now.
  5. Restart your device.
  6. (Re)download the Facebook App from the Store and log in with your Facebook account that is linked to Guardian Tales, and accept the cookies.
  7. Reopen the game and sign in with Facebook after having accepted the cookies from the Facebook App.
