There are some situations where players have an old questline instead of the new one, and it can result in unusable quest items to advance on the quest or have different requirements.

For example, if the game doesn't recognize your quest items (as if they were missing or not enough) or the quest "The Final Ingredients" where you need to collect certain items.

If your quest "The Final Ingredients" asks for x100 quest items (see image below), please abandon this quest and send a ticket to support so they can add the new one (see second image).
