Sometimes, furniture in the buildings can go "missing": it might be invisible to the player or stuck somewhere, inaccessible.

If possible, we recommend first waiting until the next maintenance to check if it can be resolved with it - sometimes, the system might not be able to restore all the items for the GM team to send them back to your character.

Should the issue persist after that next maintenance, please send a ticket to the support team and they will try to locate the furniture/item(s) to restore them. Make sure to include the following information:

-Property/house

-Name of the item(s) and/or furniture

This way, the team will be able to locate them and try to manually remove them in order to send them back to your character.
