Housings offer a place for players to place their decoration and items, and these can be picked up before applying any changes to the housing.

Please note that certain actions like getting the house demolished due to unpaid taxes* or demolishing it on your own will lead to the destruction of the items flagged for it. To illustrate this:

An item that is destroyed

*Returned items due to unpaid taxes are sent 24hrs later.

To avoid missing any of them in the future, we suggest picking them up before perfoming any full-kit or demolition on the housing to prevent their destruction.
