The Technical Support Team may often ask you for your Game Client Logs to speed up the investigation process.

You can obtain your Game Client logs from your C:\Users\username\Documents\ArcheAge\Archeage.log and C:\Users\username\Documents\ArcheAge\LogBackups\ArcheAge folder

Please note that "username" is your Windows username!

Please also bear in mind that this is NOT your game folder, and these are different from the "Game Launcher Logs".
