We strive to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all our players, and to achieve that we sometimes need to put players in time-out (in rare cases, permanently).

If your account is banned or suspended, and if you're unsure why, check your email. Whenever we apply sanctions like that, we also send a notification about it to the email address associated with the account. The email will provide a brief explanation of the reason for the suspension as well as its duration.

If you believe that your account is incorrectly suspended, please submit an appeal using the button below, and we will review the action taken against your account as well as the circumstances that led to it. 

Please note that we are not able to share details of anyone else’s account. This means:

  • …we will not be able to reveal who, if anyone, reported your account.
  • …we have not told anyone else that your account was suspended.
  • …if your suspension was due to a heated argument, or other incident with multiple players involved, we will not be able to reveal what actions were taken against them.

Please also note that if your suspension was due to a heated argument, it does not matter who started it or who said what. Each player is responsible for their own actions, including what they post in the game’s chat channels.
