Items with duration will always say how much time remains until they expire, so we expect our players to ensure they enjoy the benefits of their time-limited items before it’s too late.

That said, unexpected things happen, and we all have times when we can’t be online and in-game like we planned, and in situations like that our Game Master team may be able to help out.

If you log in and discover that an item expired while you were offline, please let us know right away (click the button below), and perhaps we can work something out.

Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the item, we’re not always able to help out, but we don’t mind you asking - just don’t be too disappointed if we have to say “no.” For example, if an item requires an Event to be active, we won't be able to provide it after the event has ended.
