We're aware that some email providers detect our issue replies as spam and filter our emails into the spam folder.
However, this only applies to the emails sent in response to player issues, and not to the emails asking you to rate the service you received. This leads to an unfortunate situation where some players are asked to fill out a survey without seeing a response from us.
If this happened to you, please check the spam/junk folder of your email, and you'll find the response there.
We know this is less than ideal, and we're working with our support portal provider to resolve this issue.
Ever since the version merge on November 30, 2023, we are receiving significantly more tickets than normal, and our response time is higher. If you've not yet received a response, and if you've not been asked to rate our service, your question is still waiting to be resolved. We have not forgotten about you, and we're working as hard as we can to reply to everyone.
Update: As of January 16, 2024, we're still experiencing response times longer than normal.
