To increase the chances we will be able to help if you accidentally claim the wrong reward, contact us immediately.
Also, ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- You have received no benefit of any kind from obtaining the reward.
- The reward is still unused and unchanged in your inventory.
- There is no element of randomness involved with the reward.
Caution:
We will only consider reverting recent mistakes. If a reward was claimed and it was not reported as a mistake right away, that means it was either not a mistake or a decision was made to keep the reward.
We expect you to learn from your mistakes, so if you select the wrong reward a second time, we may not assist.
Even if all of the above conditions are met, other factors may still prevent us from assisting.
