Important!

We do not transfer bound items between characters on request.

Why?

In a persistent world game like ArcheAge, making decisions that matter and have a long-term impact is one of the core philosophies of the game, and that is something we want to preserve.

One such decision is whether or not to bind an item to a character.

If we were to manually transfer bound items on request, it would not only help players bypass intended game mechanics but also remove the impact of that decision. It would undermine one of the foundations of the game.

We want your decisions to matter and have consequences, so we don’t revert them.

What if I made a mistake?

Taking responsibility for your actions is important, but we don’t want you to suffer for a moment’s distraction, so when accidents happen, we’ll try to set things right, if possible.

Please note that we will only consider reverting recent mistakes. If an item was bound and it was not reported right away, that means it was either not a mistake or a decision was made to keep the item.

To increase the chances we will be able to help if you accidentally bind an item to the wrong character, contact us immediately.

Also, ensure that you meet the following conditions:

  1. You have received no benefit of any kind from obtaining the item.
  2. The item is still unused and unchanged in your inventory.
  3. There is no element of randomness involved with this item.
  4. The character you want to transfer the item to is on the same account, on the same server, and it was eligible to have received the item at the time you bound it.

If all of the above matches your situation, click the button below and let us know what character you want to transfer your accidentally bound item to.

Keep in mind that there may still be other factors that prevent us from assisting.
