We’ve done our utmost to ensure that the merge goes smoothly and with as little hassle as possible for our players, but we also know that things don’t always go to plan.

If you’ve encountered something about the merge that does not work as you expect or that you believe isn’t intended, we want to hear about it. Click the button below and fill out the form to let us know. 

You will be asked to provide the following information.

  • The current name of the character where you experienced the issue.

  • The region you are playing in.

  • A description of the issue you encountered.

  • A screenshot showing the situation (optional)

When reviewing your report, it is helpful to know both what happened and what you expected to happen, even if it might seem obvious.

Screenshots are optional, but it’s only possible to attach one file to the form, so if you have multiple screenshots, put them in a zip file and attach them like that.

Please note that if you’re missing items or characters, there are dedicated forms for reporting that.

Finally, we expect to receive a lot of questions over the coming days, so it may take longer than normal to receive a response. We are keeping an eye out for emerging issues though, so if you’ve encountered something critical it may very well be addressed before you hear back from us.
