We’ve done our best to make the merge go through without a hitch for all our players, but just in case something comes up, here is where you let us know if you’re missing a character after the merge.

We can’t promise that we will be able to assist, but we’ll do all we can in order to restore any character that got lost in the transfer.

Please also note that as of the merge on 30 Nov 2023, transfer codes from Gamigo/Glyph cannot be used anymore.


Please click the button below and fill out the form, and one of our Game Masters will investigate your case.

To speed up the investigation, the form will ask you for the following information.

  • The name of the character before the transfer

  • The server and region the character was on

  • The level of the character

  • The time you last accessed the character

  • Guild or family name, if applicable

If you’re missing more than one character, list all of them in the ticket, please don’t submit one form for each.
