We’ve done our utmost to ensure that the merge goes smoothly and with as little hassle as possible for our players, but we also know that sometimes accidents do happen.

If you find that you’re missing an item you used to have before the merge, we’ll be happy to help you look for it. Please click the button below and fill out the form, and one of our Game Masters will investigate your case.

To speed up the investigation, the form will ask you for the following information.

• The name of the missing item

• The name of the character that had the item (before the merge)

• The location where you last saw the item

• The server you played on before the merge

• The name of the character after the merge

Please be aware that we can’t guarantee that we will be able to recover the missing item, but we will try our best. 

We also expect that a lot of players will have questions at this time, so it may take us longer than normal to respond.
