Any refund requests for purchases made in the Marketplace, Honor Shop, or Vocation Shop need to be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase or the request will be denied.

If the request is approved, Customer Support will remove the item in question and return the currency spent on it.

To request a refund, click the button below and provide the following information:

  • The name of the item you want to refund.
  • The currency used for the purchase.
  • The name of the character that purchased the item and has it in its inventory
  • The region/server the character is on.

Please Note:

  • Customer Support is unable to refund consumable items.
  • Items that have been used or modified are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items that unlock achievements may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Items that provide in-game benefits on acquisition may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Items, Credits, or Manastorm Crystals cannot be moved between regions or accounts.
  • Bundles and Packages can only be refunded if the entire package/bundle can be recovered and no part of it has been consumed. Partial refunds are not possible.
