  2. Once you are logged in, use the drop-down under your Account name to access your account details:
  3. Next, go to your Web Inventory:
  4. Select ArcheAge:
  5. Select the items you want to claim, and make sure to ​select the correct region and character.

Please note that the weekly maintenance compensation can only be claimed once. Rewards cannot be moved between different characters or servers.

If you encounter an error, or if a reward appears to have expired prematurely, or if you for some other reason can't claim a reward you should be able to, please report it to our support team using the button below.
