If you are not getting any sound while playing ArcheAge try the following troubleshooting solutions:

• Make sure you are using the latest sound card driver
• Open your playback devices and make sure they are configured for stereo sound
• Delete the system.cfg file found in My Documents > ArcheAge
• Use your PC and check your sound volume
• Launch the game under Options from the character select screen. Select sound settings and confirm the volume is set towards the right on the sliders
