If you are having an issue seeing crest images of other users or your own, please follow these steps:

• Close ArcheAge completely
• Navigate to C:\ArcheAge\Documents\USER\UCC or your dedicated ArcheAge location
• Delete the 'down' folder
• Restart ArcheAge
