If an account was not transferred before the cutoff date, it is not possible to recover the account or the characters on it.

Please note that only ArcheAge account containing characters that were created before November 18th can be transferred to your KakaoGames account.

If you use the game data transfer code from a Glyph account that has no characters in ArcheAge, you may see a "The code is not valid." message during the transfer.

If you have an ArcheAge account, but never created any characters on the account, it is not necessary to transfer your account. You can simply create a new account with KakaoGames and start fresh once our servers go live.

However, if you see the "The code is not valid" message while transferring an ArcheAge account containing characters, please send in a ticket below for further assistance.
