We are aware that some players encounter Error 9219 (and sometimes 9221) and cannot enter any game mode. The developers mentioned in the March 28 patch notes that this is partially fixed, but some instances may still occur.

Customer Support is unable to manually assist affected players in the meantime, but to aid the developers in their investigation, players can send their log files. To do so, follow the steps on our FAQ page, Logs for Troubleshooting.
