SUBMISSION PROCESS

  1. Go to [Support] and click on [Contact Us] at the bottom of the page.

  2. Fill in all the required information and make sure to choose [Fan Art submission] under the dropbox menu under 'What is your issue related to?"

  3. Under "Describe your problem here" please provide details of your Fan Art submission including:

    1. FanArt Category (Fanart, Video, Cosplay, Craft)

    2. Description of your submission

    3. Link to your portfolio/social media link with the media you have submitted. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please make sure to attach your Fan Art submission under Attach Files (max file size 25 MB; preferably in JPG/JPEG/PNG) and Submit!

  • We will only feature content from servers in the Global region: North America, South America, and Oceania. If you are a content creator from the Asia and Africa region, please submit your fan art in each respective channel.

  • Please make sure that the content is appropriate for our audience.

  • Submissions in English are preferred.

  • Submission rules are subject to change.

  • Please note Fan Art to be featured will be under the Community Management Team’s (CM Team’s) discretion!

  • By submitting your Fan Art, you are giving consent to give the Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights of your unique work to Eternal Return. In detail, by submitting a Fan Art Submission, you hereby grant to Kakao Games Europe B.V. and Nimble Neuron, and each of its affiliated companies, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use your name, e-mail address, city and state of residence, or other information supplied by you (“Personal Information”) to identify your Submission in the Uses, without any obligation of attribution or compensation to you. As used herein, “Uses” shall mean the uploading and posting of your Submission (or derivative works thereof) on the Eternal Return's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord channels, Eternal Return official website, and otherwise the exploitation of your Submission (or derivative works thereof) in any format or medium now or later developed, including, but not limited to, merchandising, events, and other promotional activities.
