How do I link my account?

You can link your account to Twitch through this page.

Take note that since Eternal Return is authenticated through Steam, it’s Steam that you need to log in to in order to establish the link. It’s not possible to log in to Eternal Return separately.

How do I unlink my account?

Use the same page as when you linked the account, here. Click the Log Out button in either step to unlink that account.

Once the link is broken, you can link another Steam account to your Twitch account (or the other way around). You can of course also relink the same account.

Where do I find my drops in-game?

To find your drops in Eternal Return, click on the Mailbox icon in the upper right corner of the home screen and then click on the Twitch Drops tab.

Make sure to claim all drops before they expire.

Why am I not receiving any drops?

First, make sure you’re watching an eligible stream and that the drops are awarded to your Twitch account. You can see a list of active Eternal Return Streamers here. Make sure to look for the drop tag.

Second, please note that Twitch drops are only available during certain events, and only for a limited time. If you're watching a stream and no drops appear, it may very well be that Twitch drops aren't active at the time or not for that stream. To find out about Twitch drop campaigns, keep an eye on our social media, as we'll share info about them there.

Why do my drops not get delivered in-game?

If your Twitch account is awarded the drops, but the rewards don’t show up in-game, make sure you have linked the correct Twitch account to the correct Steam account.

If you linked the wrong account, unlink the account and set up the link again.

Finally, please note that it can sometimes take several hours for drops to arrive (but it's usually quick). If it's been more than 24 hours since you earned the drop on Twitch, and you still haven't received it, please let us know.

Can you move my drops to another account?

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Stream timing, drop logic, reward distribution, and account management are all handled by Twitch. This means that Eternal Return Customer Support is unable to verify how long someone has watched a stream or what Steam account their Twitch account is linked to.

Drop rewards for Eternal Return are sent to an account when the signal comes from Twitch that the reward has been claimed. If no such signal arrives, that means the account is not eligible for the reward.

To be eligible for the reward, link the Steam account you use for Eternal Return to Twitch and watch an ER stream with drops enabled.

I forgot to link my account. Can you give me the drops?

Eternal Return Customer Support is not able to provide drops that were earned before the correct account was linked to Twitch.

If no account was linked to Twitch by the time the rewards were claimed, the rewards will be sent to the next eligible Steam account that’s linked to that Twitch account.

I received my drops but now they are gone. What happened?

All drops acquired during a Twitch event have a fixed expiration date.

Make sure to claim your drops in-game before this expiration date, or they will be lost. Customer Support is not able to restore expired rewards.

I have another question

Twitch has an extensive support page about drops for both Streamers and Viewers, and you can find it here. It has all the information you need about the Twitch side of things.

If your question is specific to Eternal Return and not answered above, please contact us using the button below, and we'll see about figuring it out.
