If the game crashes, and an error related to Unity appears, please perform the steps below:
- Double check to see if your PC meets the minimum requirements for our game. See our System Requirements article for more information.
- Update your graphic card drivers:

- Install the latest version of DirectX:
- If you have Windows 10, newer versions of DirectX will be installed through Windows Update
- Reinstall your sound drivers:
- Open Start Menu.
- Type Device Manager and Open it.
- Double-Click on the category "Audio inputs and outputs".
- Under this category, right-click on the driver of your audio output device and select "Properties".
- Click the "Driver" tab and look for "Roll Back Driver" button* below and click it.
- Next select a reason why you're rolling back and click Yes.
- Restart your computer.
- Update your PC's motherboard BIOS
- Please find your PC's motherboard BIOS first, to know how to proceed.
- The easiest way to find your BIOS version is to open up the System Information app by typing msinfo into the Windows search bar.
- In the window that opens, your BIOS version should show up on the right, under your processor speed. Record your version number and date.
- Compare it to the latest version available on your motherboard’s support page on the manufacturer’s website.
- Reinstall the game

If none of the above methods work, please exit the game after it crashes and send us your Player.log file.
Obtaining a Player.log file
- On your keyboard, hold Windows Key + R and enter the route below, replacing {myname} with your Windows account name: C:\Users\
{myname}\AppData\LocalLow\NimbleNeuron\EternalReturn\player.log
Ex: C:\Users\Aesop\AppData\LocalLow\NimbleNeuron\ EternalReturn\player.log - Copy the "Player" file (extension should be .log) and send it to us here.
