Sync Issue on Practice Battle for Evil Soul Subjugation: Mad Beast [Resolved]

If this happens, you can use sync if you form a battle formation at least once in a practice battle. Please see below for details on how to do this.

  1. Do Practice Challenge
  2. Form your Battle Team in the Practice Challenge
  3.  Make at least a change (remove or replace Soul(s)) once in Battle Team and save it
  4. After clicking the real Challenge for Evil Soul Subjugation, tap [Sync Practice] in the Battle Team formation.

Halloween Patch Issues [Resolved]

We're aware of the following issues introduced with the Halloween patch on the 26th of October:

  • One of the UI buttons in the [Red Moon Nightmare] Event Raid is displayed in Korean. [Fixed] 
  • Operation Eden Rally rewards are not delivered but are showing as received.  [Fixed] 
  • Lizelotte's Part-Time job in the Black Lily Garden is not working. [Fixed]
  • Incorrect information is displayed in the Tower of Origin Ayame  [Fixed] 
  • Event Stories with battle episodes have some UI elements overlapping.  [Fixed] 

Dimensional Labyrinth Freeze (iOS) [Under Investigation]

We're aware of an issue where the game intermittently freezes while playing the Dimensional Labyrinth on iOS devices. The cause of the issue has been identified and a fix is in development.

This may require a small patch for the iOS version of the game.

Incorrect Souls deployed by Winning Formation  [Under Investigation]

We're aware of an issue where Level 1 Souls are deployed when selecting a Winning Formation in Battlefront.
When you click victory formation to automatically set your Souls, the highest tier Souls you have are supposed to be set to be deployed.
ex) If you have Epic+ Level 180 and Epic+ Level 1 of the same Soul, the Level 1 Spirit will be deployed incorrectly because they have the same tier.

This system will be improved in a future update.

Missing Sound [Under Investigation]

We're aware of an issue where BGM and sound effects are not output when continuously rechallenging Battlefront and Guild Raids.

This issue will be alleviated in a future update

Event/Guild damage display Issue [Under Investigation]

We're aware of an issue where damage is displayed incorrectly in the Event and Guild Raid leaderboards.

When a player deals damage to a monster summoned by the Event Raid Boss or the Guild Raid Boss that damage is counted as damage done to the boss by the Raid leaderboard. As a consequence, the damage shown on the leaderboard is too high.

The intention is for the leaderboard to show only damage dealt to the boss.

Bryce's main skill [Vertical Excursion] is missing its taunt effect [Resolved]

We're aware that the Taunt effect of Bryce's main skill [Vertical Excursion] is not being applied.

[Update - 11 Sep 2023] This has been resolved by a non-maintenance patch.

Rewards for [Eden Boot Camp!] and [Bustling Life in Eden] not delivered [Resolved]

We're aware of an issue where players do not correctly receive the final rewards for the [Eden Boot Camp!] and [Bustling Life in Eden] events. 

 [Update - 11 Sep 2023] The issue has been fixed with a non-maintenance patch. Players who did not receive their rewards had them delivered via in-game mail after the weekly maintenance on September 14.

Lost path in Temple of Artifacts [Resolved]

We're aware of an issue where the path can disappear and prevent further progress into the dungeon. 

The issue has been confirmed to occur when performing a roll while the Frame setting in the Graphics options is set to Low.

Google Payment Issue [Inactive]

We are aware of an issue affecting Android users where players cannot proceed with the payment due to a Google Payment Error. We'll update the situation in this message as soon as possible once we have more information. 

Item Exchange Issue: Summer Vacation 300% [Resolved]

We are aware that there is an issue with exchanging for rewards in the summer vacation event exchange area.

August 3rd Update issues [Resolved]

  • The Ultimate Skill button is displayed active when entering the second battle in a three-party battle.
    (Although Ultimate Skill button is active, the Ultimate Skill gauge must be filled before the Ultimate Skill is used.)
  • Kill text is displayed incorrectly as soon as a battle starts

Unable to proceed in Erika's Love Story [Resolved]

We're aware of an issue where Erika's Love Story does not proceed as normal. The "proceed" button does not appear in EverTalk as normal. Rather it appears at the very top of the chat log, and can only be found by scrolling to the very top of the chat.

Another Guild Raid Reward issue [Resolved]

Guild Raid Total Damage Reward has not been given but is displayed as given.

Monsters Outside the Walls in Town [Resolved]

We're aware of an issue affecting some players where Town monsters can appear in inaccessible areas outside the private land (on the wrong side of the wall).

This is under investigation, but as a temporary resolution, leaving town and re-entering will fix the issue.

Unable to log in with Facebook (Error 4010) [Resolved]

We're currently receiving reports from players who are unable to authenticate using Facebook, and who are receiving Error 4010. The situation is under investigation and we're hoping for a swift resolution.

Gold Pass final reward display issue [Resolved]

Kindly take note that the ultimate reward of 500 Everstones for the Gold Pass in the Paradise Season Pass is currently not being displayed correctly in the game following the update on June 29. Despite the reward not being visible, players can still claim it without any issues.

Ultimate Skill stuck loading during Active Skill [Resolved]

We have received a few reports where the Ultimate Skill stays stuck loading if pressed during an Active Skill. For it to work, the Ult. has to be pressed again after the animation of the Active Skill. Some players experience this issue with different party slots as well. Our developers are looking into this issue.

Eden Returner Bootcamp progress stuck [Resolved]

We have received reports that the missions in the Eden Returner Bootcamp event (for returning Saviors) are not updating properly. This has been forwarded to our developers, and we're hopeful about a swift resolution.

This issue is scheduled to be resolved with the patch on June 29.

Temp issues from 06-08 Patch [Resolved]

  • We are aware of the issue for skills with multiple stacks at the same time not stacking into a single buff but being split into multiple buffs.
    > This occurs for Miriam, Manon, Linzy, and Violette and will be fixed soon.
  • We are aware of the display issue that occurs when using Sweep in the Mini Game (Waving Forest of Monsters) more than once. My Cumulative Points show accumulated points for only one-time progress of the Mini Game.
    > A temporary workaround for the time being is to restart the game, and you will see the cumulative points updated.
  • We are aware of the intermittent issue that occurs with the results screen would not appear after the round of Mini Game has ended.
    > A temporary workaround would be to end the Mini Game (retreat),change the controlling character, restart the game and then try the mode again.

No Rank for Evils Soul Subjugation [Resolved]

There is an issue where players who cleared Evil Soul Subjugation only once on April 25th and used the Sweep function for all other attempts are not included in the ranks and have not received rank rewards. This is not intended and the issue is currently under investigation.

Dual Gate Double Reward display issue [Resolved]

At the moment, the double reward does not appear to be applied when checking rewards gained from Dual Gate Sweep. This is a display issue, and the correct (double) reward is provided upon sweeping the stage. This issue will be corrected with a future patch.

Some skills do not remove debuffs in raid [Resolved]

There is currently an issue where some Soul's skills do not remove debuffs in the Guild Raid Ruthra encounter. 

The issue has been fixed for Talia's main skill Tell Me Your Zodiac ☆ and Jiho's sub skill Song of Eternity, however, additional skills with debuff-removing effects are still under investigation.

Unexpected Artifact Grade Changes & Artifact Error Code (30814) [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where Artifacts may sometimes unexpectedly (and unintentionally) change grade when unequipped. In some cases, the artifact can no longer be equipped and instead returns an error message. This is under investigation, and we're hoping for a swift resolution.

Evil Soul Subjugation: Level Sync changes not correctly reflected [Resolved]

We're seeing reports that the levels of Souls are not correctly reflected within the Evil Soul Subjugation game mode after one or more Souls have had their level updated, either by Exp or by Level Sync. This has been forwarded to our developers to be investigated and addressed.

Evil Soul Subjugation: Bonuses do not apply in practice mode [Resolved]

We have received reports indicating that bonuses from keepsakes and town buildings are not applied correctly to Practice battles in Evil Soul Subjugations. This has been forwarded to our developers to be investigated and addressed.

Dimensional Labyrinth missing text [Resolved]

We have received some reports where the pop-up text/window when moving to the next level in Dimensional Labyrinth is missing.

Limited Packs Disappeared in Cash Shop [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where the Attacker’s Epic Soul Pack, Defender’s Epic Soul Pack, and Supporter’s Epic Soul Pack do not show up in the Cash Shop for some players.

Manon Humanlike Artifact Stone [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where the Artifact Stone required to grow Manon is incorrectly applied to the humanlike type.

Login Loading Stuck at 100% [Resolved]

We are receiving scattered reports that some accounts get stuck on the login screen with the progress bar at 100% and are unable to access the game.

The issue has been reported to the developers and is under investigation. In the meantime, please contact our technical support team through this page and we may (no promises, unfortunately) be able to help.

Resource Bundles appear to contain only Mana Crystals [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where Resource Bundles of all four kinds appear to only contain Mana Crystals. Internal testing has shown that this is a display issue, and when used, the resource bundles will provide Gold and Mana Dust as well as Mana Crystals.

Even so, the issue has been reported to the developers and we hope it will be fixed soon.

Path Remains Closed in Dimensional Labyrinth [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where the bridge after the last boss of any stage in Dimensional Labyrinth remains closed. This has been forwarded to our developers and we're hoping for a swift resolution.

Bustling Life in Eden [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where players are not able to claim the final reward for the Bustling Life in Eden event. This has been forwarded to our developers for review.

Lost Accounts 

We are aware that players who use multiple Google accounts on the same device may have issues accessing the correct account, seemingly losing all of their progress. To resolve this, log out of the account, and when logging in again, make sure to select the account linked to Eversoul.

Please bear in mind that if you've got multiple Google accounts on your device, Eversoul may not necessarily be linked to the same email as your Google Play account.

Error 1040 Unstable Network when summoning Artifacts [Resolved]

We are aware that some users are getting an error when summoning Artifacts. This has been reported to the development team, but we are still looking into the cause.

[Update] A server-side patch has resolved this issue.

Traditional Gates won't open [Resolved]

We are aware that the doors of the Traditional Gates (the blue ones from the New Year's event) do not open in town. It should still be possible to run through the gate without opening them first.

Error 32202 [Resolved]

We are aware that players who have reached the True Ending of Velanna's Love Story but do not have Velanna in their collection receive an error message when attempting to collect her Love Day reward.

[Update] This issue was scheduled to be fixed with the maintenance on Thursday 16th, and affected players should have been able to claim the reward until the 18th.

Game Crashes & Performance Issues

We are aware of issues affecting Eversoul's general performance and stability since the patch on Thursday (February 9th). This includes, but is not limited to, issues affecting players running the game on Pixel 7 devices.

This also includes a black screen issue on game launch that is preventing some users from accessing the game. Please make sure your device meets the minimum requirements.

We wish to provide a smooth and reliable gaming experience, and our developers are working hard to resolve these issues.

Insecure Environment error message

We are aware that some users receive the error message "Closing app due to insecure environment. 0000" (or 00000400) when launching or playing the game.

[Update] This can be resolved by changing the device language to English (US or UK only).

[Update - Oct 26, 2023] If the above solution did not work, we also found that this error window appears on rooted devices. Please unroot your device to resolve the issue.

There may also be tampering or malicious/suspicious apps on your device. The game has detected something considered "insecure" for it to run.

Some examples of such apps are:

+ A suspicious app is installed, which modifies your connection or your game apps.

+ A cheating app is installed.

+ The Cydia app is installed.

To resolve the issue, please make sure to remove the above-mentioned apps that may interfere with Eversoul.

Please note that If you are using a Samsung device, it has been reported that moving  Eversoul to a Secure Folder helps resolve the issue as well.

Town Level 10 [Resolved]

We are aware that reaching Town Level 10 will trigger several display and UI issues. These include, but may not be limited to:

  • Permanent red-dot notifications.
  • Limited Package notification despite no package being available.
  • Recommended task displayed in Korean
  • Part-time workers going invisible
  • Issues with the Town Cleanup quest
  • Incorrect display of profile stats

These issues have been reported to our developers, and are currently under investigation.

Level Sync Cooldown [Resolved]

We are aware of the text issue where the level sync cooldown shows 24 hours instead of 4 hours. Please note that the cooldown is in fact 4 hours, and we'll fix this text issue soon.

Fairy Pond Description Error [Resolved]

We are aware that the Town Shop tooltip for the Fairy Pond incorrectly shows it as generating additional Mana Dust, when in fact it generates additional Mana Crystals.

Friend list issue [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue where the friend list isn't loading correctly for some players, preventing them from adding or removing friends.

We are aware of the issue where Aira is not placed in the opponent’s formation in the battle with Aira in Arkenine Castle.

Artifact Enhancement consumes too many resources [Resolved]

We are aware that the artifact enhancement system can offer to increase an artifact to a higher level than what's possible with available resources. This appears to be successful but the amount of resources ends up negative. This is a display issue, and once the game is restarted, the enhancement will be reverted and the resources restored.

Monthly Sub Packs issue [Resolved]

We are aware that the Monthly Sub Pack did not provide the daily reward on January 8.

  • Some of the effects remain when you retry battle.
  • From Pick-up Summons > when you check Soul Info > Apply Artifact would not apply the artifact skill.
  • From Soulpedia, Artifact Apply button being displayed for Common and Rare Souls as well.
  • From Soonie's Lost item Quest location not matching with the conversation and quest.
  • The issue of the silhouettes of the characters hidden behind buildings not being displayed if your Graphic Quality is set below Medium.
  • Starting battle with the auto skill mode ON and turning it OFF during battle but the skill still being used automatically.
  • When using Ultimate Skills manually during auto-battle disallowing Active skills to be used automatically during rest of the battle.
  • Some guilds can't accept new applicants even when not at max member count.
  • Some users are unable to save their Custom Profile.
  • It is possible for the tutorial to get stuck and block access to certain features.

  • When a Keepsake is unequipped, it becomes invisible and can't be found in the Bag. Restart the game to make the Keepsake visible in the Bag.

  • Error occurring when trying to reset Love Story without enough Everstones in possession.
